Well, Saturday was a big day and Sunday was a much needed day of rest! However, when I stepped away to pick up some dinner, PenDell apparently repeatedly told the nurse, “We are outta here!” When I returned he asked me if we were ready to transport.

I am happy to hear his voice, to see his smile and to be able to look into those beautiful blue eyes!

He is working very hard to make connections in his brain. The nurses watch and listen and are so excited when he is able to answer or acknowledge their requests.

I am constantly grateful for the continued vigilant surround of love, blessing and joy.
