Yikes! I am not sure how the days go by without me noticing!

My beloved PenDell still lies in a semi-conscious state, trapped inside his inflamed brain. I feel him, I commune with him, I wrap him in all of our love, I keep him safe.

We are blessed to be surrounded with love, strength, courage and powerful Lifeforce from so many who have loved him, and me, through the years, thank you – I am so deeply grateful.

There is still no diagnosis from the brain biopsy. Some of the tissue was sent to the University of Colorado where there is a world-renowned neuro-pathologist. I am hopeful that we will know something more definitive this week.

In the meantime, PenDell was put on steroids on Friday. Steroids are used to bring down inflammation. However, they are also an immunosuppressant so the doctors had to feel certain that there is not an infection.

I look forward to seeing where we go this week. I will keep you all posted!
